WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE ACROSS PORTUGAL BREED

Discover or re-discover the film of the 2025 edition of the Race Across Spain.

This film will take you as close as possible to the experience of the Race Across Portugal. Between magnificent landscapes and exceptional challenges.

CHOOSE YOUR DISTANCE

No matter the distance, it's the adventure that counts.

On the RACE ACROSS PORTUGAL, the routes form loops around a single Basecamp .

To complete your challenge, you will be asked to complete 1, or 2 different loops. You'll find your belongings and loved ones on the Basecamp, the only place where you can receive assistance.

  • To register for the 1000 km, you must meet at least one of the following conditions:

    • Finisher of a Race Across 300 KM in the last 12 months

    • Finisher of a Race Across 500 KM within the last 24 months

    • Finisher of a Race Across 1000 KM within the last 36 months

    • Finisher of a Race Across 2500 KM (any edition)

    • Proof of equivalent long-distance experience:
      participation or finisher in a road / gravel / mountain bike / virtual event, a BRM, or a self-organized adventure of at least 300 KM in 24 hours.

    Accepted evidence

    You can provide :

    • an official result,

    • a completed GPS route,

    • a Finisher's Diploma,

    • or any other evidence of your experience.

    How do you send your supporting documents?

    Directly :

    • in the registration form, or

    • after the fact, via your Miles Republic space.

The loops allow you to return to the Basecamp with confidence, where your belongings and family are waiting for you. Authorized assistance only on these bases.

In addition to a T-shirt, each finisher receives the famous "bout de bois", a personal trophy awarded at the finish line.

A convivial meal (often pasta ;)) followed by the official briefing to remind you of the rules, safety and the route.

The traditional, individual photo just before departure, in the airlock before the start of the adventure.
